    they merged the retentions department with general csr's so everyone pretty much has power to cancel accts

    gotta call in to get a new plan soon my monthly credits is about to end :/

    i signed up in November and they have yet to get one of my bills right
    like how fucking hard can it be!!! its like a monthly thing now where they over bill me for something i should have for free... like evenings and weekends sigh...
    in their defense this month is the only time they fucked up my bill in a good way and didnt bill me for the any of the txts i sent to my non 5+5 pplz

    I'm with Rogers. Been with them since forever, and I have a pretty decent deal, so I probably won't change until TELUS rolls out their 4G network.

    i'm with fido.. and is considering to jump off this band wagon when my contract ends.. i can't stand the horrendous yellow house and their sorry ass plans.. i sorely miss the fido dogs.. :cry:

    HSPA isn't quite 4G. But yeah, when that officially comes out, that's definitely going to do a lot for competition around here. I hear people have been able to detect theirs/Bell's new shared network sometimes at night.. probably doing testing. MB, you work for TELUS?

    True, HSPA/HSDPA is 3.5G at best, but the network is a step towards an LTE/4G network that would come soon after, hopefully.

    And yeah, I work for TELUS.

    Wow lots of Fido users. Did you guys use Fido before they were bought out? I used to have Fido and it has the worst reception out of any providers.

    Vodafone, cause I'm studying in Europe this semester, woot!

    I had Fido before I left for Europe. When I come back in August I'm gonna shop for the best data plan, and that's who I'll go with.

    i switched numbers a few times, but been on fido since 00's maybe even late 90s cant remember

    So Rogers sucks, Fido sucks, and Bell sucks (I'm with Bell).

    My contract is ending soon... I guess I should switch to Telus?

    i use Orange in Europe
    cant say their prices were bad tho i might have gone overboard using the internet haha my bill would come to like 100$US for internet alone (used the phone as a modem for laptop and i would leave it on for long periods of time)
