i dont care if a guy doesnt have a car--pending i dont have to transit for 2 hours to see him
if a guy does not have his own place i start to lose interest, but its not the worst thing in the world if hes a good / interesting person
if a guy does not have a job, well thats normally a deal breaker :thumbs_down: unless he spends a lot of time volunteering or doing non profit stuff, or if hes like a PhD student-- its not even the fact he has no money or gets it from his parents, its the independence and motivational factors

Edit: ur motivational factors is very vague... motivation for what? success? and if so every individual has their own personal goals and view of success, that is of course if ur a free thinker and don’t follow the flow as most people tend to these days

i mean if your parents are still supporting you and you are still living with them at least make some constructive use of your time, volunteer somewhere, get some experience for your career, do something!
if someone enjoys their time then sure its not time wasted if they are enjoying wasting that time
but unfortunately in a capitalist world we are all being forced to participate and i personally like people who have their mind in the game
i wouldnt even want to spend the guys money or have him spend it all on me, i just personally feel i can connect to someone who makes constructive use of their time
and now for an objective truth, go look for all the hot girls in the world and see what they think about guys with no jobs, sure not all will care but materialism goes hand in hand with life, its something genetic
as guys care about looks and who can produce them the best offspring or the best time, girls look for those who can provide the best or offer protection--keep in mind you have to equate these vague evolutionary concepts to modern concepts and abstractions
my point again is most girls are going to care whether or not a guy has a job the further you get into your twenties and further, i mean i didnt give a fuck whether guys had a job as a teen, but at this point in my life i would wonder why doesnt he have a job, is he anti social?, is he spoiled?, is he broke, is he an anti-conformist? If anyone wants to deny this they are delusional. I mean why are most of you in school? To get a good job that pays decent money.
if im dating someone with no job im going to wonder what is he doing with all his spare time? theres no thrill in the chase at all, i like guys with busy schedules as it always seems fresh and new when i see them, and they always have new stories and things to tell, ive personally found that people without jobs dont have much to talk about that i can relate to, its like "So...how was your day?"--> "It was good, I slept until noon, went to school for two hours, came home and played Halo until 4PM, showered, hung out with a friend, and here I am" --> "Oh...thats cool...I guess", instant conversation killer, there is no intrigue to me at all when that situation arises

well what ur sayn is simple, back in prehistoric time women were attracted to the biggest most muscular guy because he could go hunt and bring food for their children bla bla now that got converted to who has the best career fair enough if ur goal in life, or definition of success is to have kids and make sure u can ensure the best possible future for them early on
personally if i met someone new i wouldn’t judge them off the bat, if they said they have no job or w/e id try to find out why and get their reasoning behind it not judge them off the bat and assume they do nothing productive and their this and that and life for them is hopeless

I've suspected for some time now that my girlfriend has been having an affair. The usual signs. Phone rings, I answer, someone hangs up. She started going out 'with the girls' a lot recently although when I ask which girls it is always "Just some friends from work, you don't know them". I always look out for her taxi coming home but she always walks down the drive although I can hear a car setting off, as if she has got out of the car round the corner. Why? Is it not a taxi? I once picked her cell up just to see what time it was and she went beserk and screamed that I should never touch her phone again and why was I checking up on her.
Anyway, I have never approached the subject with my g/f. I think deep down I just didn't want to know the truth but last night she went out again and I decided to check on her. I decided I was going to hide behind my car which would give me a view of the whole street so I could see which car she gets out of. It was whilst crouched behind my car that I noticed rust around my rear wheel arch.
Should I take it into a body repair shop or should I buy some stuff from the local auto shop and try to repair it myself?
