    The date is now August 9? Sure, assuming I made it back to Canada alive or I don't have work that day, I believe I can make it. However, until I can confirm rather I can make it or not, count me out.

    Apparently so far we only have Aug 9th, but even that date looks like it would suck for some people.

    Do we really have to stick to weekends though?

    It has to be before the last 2 weeks of August. After that I won't be available due to work.

    Okay, to make this work, would everybody either leave a message in this thread, or PM me, with when they're available for a BBQ, and with that, I can determine when the best date will be without having to leave too many people out.
