it's not easy to see the answer if you're involved even if its dangling in front of you.. "you can be logical with other people's lives but not your own".. =)
hehe I know that, it’s one of those "easier said then done" right :P but at the same time my point was more on the lines of don’t waste time thinking about it too much rather then taking actions towards some goal
since your main method of communication is over the internet.. why not try asking to the movies through that just to test the water? if she rejects you there then you can pretty much forget about asking in person.. plus it's not as direct so the probability of you scaring her off is lower.. =)
Ok, a good way to know if someone likes you when your only form of communication is through the internet is to try to switch the form of communication.
Ex. Tell her that your computer screen is hurting your eyes or your fingers always get cramped from typing so much on MSN (I dunno, make something up!) and ask her if she wants to talk on the phone instead.
See what she says.
If she says yes, that is a good sign.
If she says no, well, sucky for you.
If she chose to talk to you on the phone, try and make that your primary form of communication as it allows both of you to see if you are comfortable talking to each other. If you dont click, you will know. In the future, if you see her on msn and you both talk to eachother, say, "hey, you wanna call me and talk? Its way easier than MSN".... something like that.
Then, talk to her on the phone for a while, get comfortable with it, and then ask her out on a date. If she wants to talk to you on the phone all the time, she will most likely say yes to a date.
Grab her ass while you're at it and see her reaction. If she does not resist, you are good to go. You even save yourself the risk of embarrassment from a rejection.
