ps. I'm going into 2nd year, enrollment date is July 26th, 4:30pm. kinda sucks cuz i've been working my bootie for my GPA and it hasn't done too much for me in terms of enrollment

my gpa was just over 2.0, and i've got the exact same enrollment time as you.
I'm July 30th.. do they take the last (current) semester's GPA or your last known GPA to give you your enrollment date? Seems kinda late..=S...but then again, if they take this semester's GPA.. they won't find anything as I took this semester off.
I am guessing that having declared a major DOES have something to do with it. I just transfered to SFU for second year with a 2.7 GPA, but my date is July 19th, 2:30pm. Which isn't consistent with many of yours at the 26th. Or maybe it has to do with the campus? I'm at Surrey.
Of course maybe I'm considered a first year since I came from Majoring in Econ and changing to Eng, so the only courses I have are the first two levels of calculus. Basically I'm starting at the beginning.
What dates did you guys get? And when does enrollment start? There are specific courses I want this term so I can apply to PDP in January... I really want to get in!

Because, I'm a new undergrad, and i want to do elementary..do you have any ideas which courses i should take for first term because no one can help me! I don't see an advisor until the 16th, my enrollment is on july 9,...so if you can let me know that'd be awesome! Lastly, do i need a major/minor for elementary?
in my go sfu it says my account balance is -$100 ? because i did a 100$ deposit the other day with a credit card so does that mean i have that 100$ in my account to course select?

anyways i think it's in there and once school starts, they take that 100$ that way you start at 0$
what we're used to seeing is +100$, then when they need the money, they make it -100$ therefore 0$.

A friend told me that the dates are based on the year you're in. The order is apparently....1st years, 4th years, 3rd years, and then 2nd years, hence why all the people here who states that they are second years have such late dates.
Then it's split up in a mumbo jumbo way....because my average was way higher than a friend of mine and her date was a day earlier (the first day).

anyways, i think its based on how many credits u have cause my gpa is really bad, but i have plenty of credits
