Anyone travel to both campuses in the same day? I am thinking about taking some summer courses but one of them is in Surrey, I would have a two hour gap to go from the Burnaby campus to the Surrey campus by transit.
I took two courses that were an hour apart on the different campuses one semester. I was only late once and it was because of a big sky train disruption. With two hours you will make it no problem.
In terms of the travel it self it is a little tedious since you need to transfer twice, but it is not the end of the world.
Unless stupid translink makes the trains do "emergency" stops again but really it's just to test out the brakes for suicide jumpers. or make it stop in the middle between two stations for 15 minutes. Thanks TransLink.
@Flash Wtf seriously? What the fuck does TransLink have to do with SFU parking? I guess they only put that tax to make up for the lost revenues from the U-passes.
Translink is always running scams. They screwed over SFU students by purposely making the 144 always late/delayed.
Parking's only going to get worse. If you look at the designs in Strand Hall, most of B-lot is going to disappear one day for more buildings. I'm pretty sure there's an agreement where there is a limit to how many cars can go up Burnaby Mountain. So as the number of apartment parking spots grows, SFU will surely cut down parking for students.
