Taking a course at Kwantlen?
I had my Calculus final yesterday and bombed it. I'm afraid I'm going to fail the class overall, but would rather retake it at Kwantlen where I could get more one-on-one help and benefit from smaller class sizes. How would I go about doing this? Would the Business advisor even allow me to do so? Haven't seen NukeChem in a while, but I remember you mentioning that you took Calculus at a college after not doing so well in it at SFU.
If anyone has any stories to share of their experiences with getting transfer credits, feel free to share. Thanks!

check out this site as long as the class you take at kwantlen is transferrable, you can do it there.. make sure you clear it with your faculty advisor first though

Would I have to apply to Kwantlen and pay the application fee as if I want to go there, take the one class, then drop out?
i had a panic attack once and thought i was gonna get kicked so i registered at douglas lol.. then when the exam marks came through i found out i did fine so i didn't enroll in any classes.. i lost the application fee of $80 but thats about it. actually now that i think about it, i'm probably still a registered student there for all i know lol
Thanks for the help :)

I was told I could not go to ANY other school. That is unless I got permission from SFU to do so and to list which courses I wanted to do.
And you need 9 units already done at SFU.
And after this term is done I'll have 53 units completed, so that wouldn't be a barrier for me.
