Wait, why'd you put "except" in there if you guys are going to get married and have babies anyways.

    I'm confuzzled.

Anyway, aside from all that, what's the Good Word? I'm personally voting Anducci's in Burnaby just 'cause I'm incredibly lazy and want to drive all of 5 minutes to meet y'all. :teeth:

I'm not coming, but unless they've changed (I haven't been there for over a year), Anducci's gives 10% off if you bring your student card.

I guess we could still do this. Anducci's is a cheaper place anyway so this might motivate more members to come.

Now, we just have to figure out if we have enough people coming.

Who's up for a dinner in Anducci's on the 19th (Saturday)?
  • edited December 2009
i can't do 19th now.. our company dinner just got moved up to this date..
    sorry people.. =\
  • edited December 2009
I'm up for it if it's after 7 PM

Not sure if I'm working yet but I will know my schedule on Saturday. I'm down for Anducci's, btw. As long as it's the one near Lougheed.

KINK--They're going for the one on Hastings, I believe.

But if you're worried about the transit, you can actually get there from SFU on the 135 that runs along Hastings.
  • edited December 2009
Yeah. Also my impression is that it isn't super-crowded a lot of the time. I can go make the reservation for it if anyone's worried, and if it's still a "go".

    Details?

I have been living under a rock this past month
  • edited December 2009
Boo. The Hastings location again?!? Lame. Where's the love for people NOT living in the North Burnaby area?

I work at 7pm in Yaletown so I won't be able to make it... unless you guys would like an earlier dinner. But, um, is this even going on anymore?
  • edited December 2009
Don't think so. We'll move it to some other date maybe on the last weekend before the spring semester.
  • edited December 2009
Yeah, I think interest seems to have piddled out. Also the snow's starting to come down and I bet the day the meeting is set it'll snow like a mother and half of us won't be able to come.

Um, there's always TGIF's in Metrotown? :teeth:
  • edited December 2009
    TGIF sounds good to me.
  • edited December 2009
Too bad TGIF at Metrotown closed down over a year ago =P
  • edited December 2009
    *facepalms*

Goes to show you how much I shop for fun. I give up :)
  • edited December 2009
Haha. And TGIF is shit food.

S'all good! Looks like I should be good for January 2 and 3 though.
  • edited December 2009
    We're open for resto suggestions!
  • edited December 2009
That'll be nice, post-NYE is always a really slow part of the year though I do believe there are some New Year sales going on.

*is still wondering what won't impact his wallet TOO much :omg: *
