FS: Citizen 27" CRT TV set

edited August 2010 in Buy & Sell
Citizen 27" CRT. Purchased in 2000-ish. Don't have the receipt from Futile Shop, though. It has only a coaxial input so, yeah, I know it sucks. I've been using it with an RF modulator and a Dreamcast, but it's too bulky for my room and I almost never use the DC these days so I'm selling the TV.

$40 OBO takes it. (and do make an offer, I won't be a hardass about it and go ZOMG NO IT IS WORTH $XX; obviously though, if you offer only five bucks, I reserve the right to give you that look one gives a dog that didn't get house trained properly. :P )

If you buy it you would have to come pick it up, though if it's a major problem I can manhandle the thing into my car. 'll throw in the RF modulator, though. It takes the three component inputs and outputs coax.

Component, composite. Bleah. Everybody has a different explanation so I've given up trying to keep it all straight.

I blacked out the screen so y'all can't see my bedroom. :P The RF modulator for my Dreamcast is in the corner there.

No, he was right. Component is split into the 3, composite is like 3-in-1 cable.

i dunno i thought that component was the standard red, yellow, and white with the extra red, blue, and green.
and composite being just the red, yellow, and white?

Or are you blacking out the hardcore pornography that was playing? I'll give you $5.50 for the TV, and $84.50 for the porn.

My laptop's damn lucky I wasn't drinking coffee when I saw that post, MB.

No, the TV was turned off but I realized the screen's very reflective, so after playing with camera angles I decided the easiest way to fix it was to just load it in Paint and use Ye Olde Blacke Coloringe Boxe.

    Problem solved.

Out of the RYW, only yellow is the composite video, the red/white are for mono/stereo audio.

Component video is split into those three RGB cables.

    Hey im actually seriously interested.

I only need it for wii, so does the tv have the plugs for it?
Y'know, the red yellow white plugs.

Take a picture of the side of the tv please! So can see how thick.
    Currently I offer $50

Edit: Oh ew, it uses another box to connect the wii to it? Big turn off

Dreamcast, not Wii for me. :P But yeah, it uses an RF modulator. The one I use doesn't fuck up the signal, so that's a plus. I do have another one kicking around somewhere, too.
