Help!

edited April 2008 in General
I'm at a 1.2 gpa right now because of this semester and the courses I took. If I take two courses which I know I will get A's in, do you know how high it would pull my gpa back up to?

depends, how many courses did you take spring semester, and are you only taking 2 next semester? are you going to get an A and A- or an A+, are you THAT sure?

assuming you get an 'A' in each you can get to 2.1

How is it possible to get a GPA that low?

use the GPA calculator to figure out what you need to get next semester in order to reach your target cgpa.

wow, do you care if i ask what courses led to this? you must of got F's across the board to do that kind of damage

if you are 100000% sure you are going to get A's in those 2 courses what are you waiting for and do the damn courses to stay in university

    wowza

    Well a D is 1.00 and a C- is 1.67 so I'd assume he got a number of D's and a few C-'s to balance it out.

    A+ is 4.33, A is 4.00, and A- is 3.67

just average it out. 1.2 GPA would mean you're on probation right now correct? If you don't get above 2.0 term GPA, they kick you out I think.

But from what I read, you need to get at least 9 credits (3 courses) from SFU and have your gpa for those and your cgpa to be over 2.0 in order to be off AP.
