    That's worse than mcdonalds.

SFU pub doesn't check ID so that is a possible meeting place even though the food/drinks seem expensive.

Restaurants along hastings should be fine.

I have to agree with the lady above. My family often had dinner at Insadong whenever they drive me back up to SFU.

My favorite is the "potato noodle."

Also, that place got a few rooms that can accommodate many of us.

    Seafood pancakes??
    Potato Noodle??

What else do they have, steak in milk?

Maybe it's just me.. but those sound like pretty awful combinations. I'm up for a surprise though.

    Insadong sounds like an STD...

I'm up for anything. If we're going to Metrotown, how about The Thai House? They have this amazing Ostrich and Green Beans dish.

    Instant DONGGGGGGGGGGG??

Haha, and Corey, Seafood pancakes are REALLY good. Not like breakfast pancakes with seafood in it because it's salty, not sweet =) It's kinda like a dumpling, but flattened.

You know, I think they do have a beef soup that got a little bit of milk in it.

My vote for a place is a randomly selected Chinese buffet of any sort or pho, sushi or raimen place. And beer where available.

    Cheers.
