    close to end of the semester i believe less than two months before the end of the semester?

    I do believe it's during weeks six through eight when they distribute them.

    And they love keeping you on tenterhooks. Nothing like not committing to a specific date and playing games with exactly what their selection criteria are. Oh yes, and changing the rules so now you can't get one unless you have a student loan.

    I guess the only certain way to receive money is through scholarships :teeth:
