SFU Surrey Library - Customer Service Must Improve
Hello beautiful people
I am a student that have been to different campuses. Whenever I go to SFU Surrey to ask for simple services, such as borrow camera or borrow video, or even books, an Asian woman reception would always give me that "you f-ing annoyed" me expression.
I have seen her for few semesters, and she does not have the patience of a librarian. Asking her if one of the books is available is like asking her to go to hell. She would coldly stare at you and tell you to do it yourself.
When my friend ask her to borrow video, because she lend him the wrong one and my friend ask for the one that is designated for his class, she would come back and slam the video box on the table. Show him the "my father is dead" expression and keep implying bad feeling for my friend just for wasting her time.
Isn't librarian is here to help?
We are not asking you to be fake to us and smile.
But at least can't you just at least don't sure that 'annoyed' expression whenever we plea you for help?
It just makes me sometimes wish I don't have to borrow any books or equipment under your presence.
I won't explain much.
I am sorry that this entry seems to be against you or something.
I will be selfish for once.
Yes I don't want to see you in SFU Surrey anymore cause I pay four digits tuition not to hire a robot self-serve librarian that give a  whenever student ask for help.
Sorry if I hurt your feeling?
You hurt my feeling much more than just you reading this.
Thank you.
I am wondering if other SFU students have similar problems?

The librarian at SFU Surrey that bothers me the most is that cute semi blonde and slightly chubby girl.
Well the problem is: that librarian is consistently having that emotion!
If you don't like the job, please offer to someone that would like to learn and help people. This job i know is very good pay but I do not want to see temper everytime I ask for help.
If asking for help is guilty, let's make a self-serve library!
Regarding to the blonde, she is not as worst as the one i mentioned, but I know what you mean.
Also why do you care :P? just get your book and whatever and get on with your day, Ive never even had to ask a librarian for help once, are you asking the librarian on the main floor for help, or the actual help designed areas for help?
she was Caucasian with curly white hair and a mean face.
.. but thas besides the point. The three guys i was with were all asian...
(and i just realized i have my avatar up :) smart! )
