dryer always shrinks my clothing

my clothes are getting smaller, and i know for a fact i'm not getting bigger at that fast of a rate.

on my clothes which i spend a substantial amount of money on it, says it can tumble dry low, however, i only have these three options and ends up shrinking my clothing.

regular dry
time fluff
air dry

? which is the right one..

    if you're worried about the possibility of your clothes shrinking.. just hang them dry.. i never put my nice clothing/jeans into my dryer unless i need to shrink them so they would fit..

    mind telling me what sort of clothing they are? you could probably just hang them while they're wet to stretch them out a little..

    its more a matter of the fabric youre buying ive noticed a lot of guys clothes are made out of cotton

    when youre buying clothes avoid buying cotton blends and or wash with cold water

    cotton clothes shrink in the dryer so you have to hang dry 'em chief

    if it's cotton... hang them while they're still wet.. the weight from the water will stretch the fabric..

    umm. mostly stuff from JL, diesel, guess, mexx, cK

    i'm assuming they're cotton since they do shrink. and hang dry, takes too much time and space which i don't exactly have.

    Ugh, whenever i buy sweaters, they seem to shrink. Ive been told to just let them hang dry, but i dont have the time for that either.

    even if something is cotton you can always just wash cold and air dry with your dryer, itll just take like 2 hours to dry when itd nrmally take like 45 mins

    Hang dry.
    Takes longer but it works.
    And it saves your clothes.
    A Lot.
    Keeps them in shape too.

    I only put stuff like beaters in the dryer because they stretch when I wear them and I want them to shrink again =D

    but hang drying doesn't smell as nice.......

    i rather machine dry with lots of fleece sheets then manually stretch them out later

    Maybe your clothes aren't shrinking...you could be getting fatter :boy:

    no i'm fairly strict on my diet as i do work out, and i'm not within a bulking phase at the moment. still weighing in at a solid 148.

    definitely my laundry techniques. well i figured out the air dry technique, requires me setting it to 100mins x3 lol.
