Fun With Transfer Credits

See if you can help me out with this one:
I am a current student at SFU. I transfered from Langara in Fall 2006, and brought about 40 or so credits with me. I thought that was the end of my transferring days, but now I've found that Langara has two Thai Language courses that I desperately want to take. I figure if I'm going to take them, I'd might as well get the credit (even though it's not necessary for my degree, I will still want to show I took the courses when I apply for PDP next year). I plan on taking the courses this September, in addition to taking some courses at SFU.
Has anyone dealt with this kind of transfer situation before? Any idea how it works? Thanks for any input or tips.

You must get the L.o.P., though or they will not credit you for the courses taken "out of institution".
