Looking for an English tutor

I am looking for someone who can not only proofread and edit my essays and papers, but also someone who can teach me English in general (grammar, punctuation, speaking, writing ect). I want lessons to be one-on-one, in person and on Burnaby campus. I am not looking for someone highly qualified; as long as you are confident with your English and writing skills, I wouldn't care if you are a first year undergraduate student.
