Will my conditional acceptance be taken away?

I'm a grade 12 student and last month, I got conditionally accepted into SFU's psychology BA program with an average of 87%. My average NOW is 82%, I dropped 5% :( I'm afraid that when SFU rechecks my marks in May, they'll see my average is lower than what they accepted me with, and they'll take away my acceptance. How much could my average drop before I'm denied acceptance?

  • 87 to 82 is not bad. You'll be fine. Just don't let it drop below 80
  • Haven't you made a thread regarding this a month or so ago? You slacked didn't you?
  • You're already in the red zone so I highly suggest that you get your act together while it's still early!
  • If your acceptance says "must be above %" you must be above that percentage and if you dip below on your final, your offer will be revoked.

However when I was accepted into science I did not have a min % it just said "keep scores up". Although I was accepted via IB Diploma for schools outside of BC all had a min IB Score SFU did not. I eventually found out as long as you meet your faculty requirements (like English 12 - passing %) for most faculties you will be unlikely to lose your offer.

The exception is made for business which has a higher min % than the course requirements online.
