Am I conditionally accepted?

Hi, I'm a grade 12 student right now in high school. So last night I submitted my marks to the Psychology BA program and this afternoon when I signed into my SFU account,I noticed there was a green arrow in my status box that said "accept or decline"

Does this mean I have been conditionally accepted? When I clicked the "I accept admissions" option, it told me to pay for my tuition fee and stuff.
I'm kind of nervous because what if my marks drop a little bit by May and when the admissions people check them, they take my offer away... :(
How many percents am I able to drop before my offer will be taken from me?

    It may have changed from when I was accepted but when I got my offer of early admission I only had to maintain 60% or 70% or something like that

    That is conditional acceptance. Pay the $250 to reserve your seat. 

    Unless your marks drops by a lot (say 20-25%), you'll still get accepted.
