I got my grade a week ago but i've been forgotten to ask that if my final grade was a C- (I failed the final exam),does it count as a pass and let me take CMPT 135 in the next sem? Thanks.

    You'll still pass the course and you can do CMPT 135.

    I highly recommend that you review the material from 130 before doing 135 (you have a few weeks before the class starts). 

    The class gets really hard if you don't know what you're doing.

    Yess review the material or you will get an F in 135. No joke, spends the next 2 weeks programming.
