hey guys,

it's cool to have a discussion place like this and i'm happy i found this site (don't remember how but i did).

I just transferred from Cap where I was doing Marketing at the School of Business (CSB) there. I'm thinking about Economics and maybe later a minor in Business Admin again.

Since I still haven't quite made up my mind, I'm only taking one course this coming semester to try things out!

I hope I make good friends here at SFU and party it up sometime!!

    Hi Paul!

    I'm a transfer student too, from Langara. There is tons of info on this site and lots of people to ask when you need a hand with something. It's made my transition pretty easy so it should help you out too!

    What course are you taking next semester?

    anyways, i'm taking Money & Banking next semester. I think it's ECON 210. Has anyone taken this course before?

    What are you guys (malakaii, jennybrox, raize, imelting, johnny, jimmy) taking for next term?

    Anybody here in the Economics department? I need some tips!

    Uh oh...! I really hope it's not him. He is absolutely awful. I know Siuying took it this term and he was the prof.

    I'd suggest either emailing him (ypankrat@sfu.ca) and asking nicely if he's teaching it next semester (he'll probably thing you WANT to be in his class... :wink:), or you can escape after the first day when you see that it's him!
