Parking while buying parking pass

Where should I park while buying my parking pass..kinda sucks to pay 10 bucks for all day parking just to spend 70 a month..

Might just put a sign on the whip "buying parking pass dont tow me"

I got a ticket last semester for an expired parking pass by one day while I was renewing my new one

I'm pretty sure they have like 15 min free parking in the WMC though
