Required Textbooks

edited August 2013 in General
For the phys 100 course outline, it says the required textbook is College Physics with Mastering Physics. I know the mastering physics is just the online thing, and i'm wondering if you really need it for the course?

Thanks in advance

  • Yeah you need it or you will lose all your homework marks. The Prof will tell you about it in class.
  • So in that case i should probably buy a brand new textbook which includes the mastering physics access code right?
  • You can do that or buy used and purchase a key. Or you can find the torrent of the text plus solutions manual off pirate bay and then buy a key from their site. I don't know how much the keys cost though.
  • Ohh phys 100, what's the author of the text? I might have it!! I'll sell it to you cheap if I do.
  • That's what i was thinking of doing, the keys are $66 each from the website. Hahaha no way, how much are you selling it for? The author is Jones Knight, it's the 2nd edition too
