If anyone has done it by themselves can someone just brief me, please Am an international student so it would be a little diff and also since I haven't applied for SIN yet.
i do my taxes myself and believe me it is not rocket science! here is what i did gathered my t4, t4a etc went to http://www.drtax.ca/en/UFile.aspx ( which is ofcourse free for students ) created an account followed the steps , played with numbers and at the end everytime i played with numbers i checked how much my return woud be, and then finally generated a pdf then i went to canada reveneu agency website and since i already had an accoutn filed it online
Yeah I filed my taxes online. On the CRA website they have a section for e-filing. Since you are an international student it might not be quite that simple though. Have you received anything from the government about filing your taxes?
I'm 18 and I do my taxes on my own. Look up T2202A on SFU there is a section that you can check out for international students.
@Arm why would you "play with numbers" and see how much your return would be. Wouldn't it just be straightforward data-entry instead of skewing the numbers in hopes of a greater return.
