hey there, 
Is it all classes on February 12-16 (reading break or spring break) will be cancelled? Cause when i check go.sfu schedule, February 12-16  is still showing there are classes while on 11 feb Family Day* is cancelled.

No they're not closed. Everyone's lying to you, reading break is when you go to your classes and read with your other classmates and the prof quizzes you on the spot. Make sure you attend.
