How hard is BISC 101 for a bus student?

Here's the thing, I am a business student, not a science student. I am taking Bus 207, first year History , CMPT 165, and I was thinking of taking Bisc 101 too. I am taking it as I have an interest in bio and also it is useful for master degrees that I have looked into. 

Alternatively I have considered just doing bus 207, history, and bisc 101 as bus 207 is already hard.

So anyways, how hard is bisc 101? Too hard to take with other hard courses?

Loooots of memorization, the more interest you have in it the easier it will be. But the memorization is time consuming, not particularly difficult though.
