Well what is your major? The easiest thing would be to say if you are in computing take the cmpt one and if you are in siat take the iat one. CMPT 363 requires CMPT 225, and IAT 334 requires 48 credits and IAT 235.
In general I wouldnt expect many people to meet both of those requirements. If you do though then it depends on your interests. I havent taken either, but I have heard the the CMPT one is pretty easy, but not many people really seem to enjoy it. The CMPT one seems as though it does include some programming, though I have heard some offerings do not. Some IAT seem to as well. IAT seems to use processing, where as at least this semesters 363 is using visual basic. I would expect the IAT one to be more 'design-y', where as the computing kids will likely make things functional with less regard to how pretty they look.
I meet both requirements as I have a programming background. Unfortunatelly I do not know processing but as I know it is not that difficult if you know how to write code.I do not think that they have high expectations. Also as I understand CMPT 363 is more theoritical and IAT 334 is more practical. Also the second one does not have exams. Generally I haven't taken any course in SIAT and I am a little bit afraid of how fancy and designy the assigments are expected.
