MBB gpa and transfer info? declaring major

Hey, guys, im currently a second year student and i was wondering when i complete all of lower divisoin requirements for mbb, would the cgpa which requires 2.5 and above, be based on only the required lower divsion courses, for example, excluding electives such as arts courses or kin courses or would it be based on just your cgpa as whole including electives.

Also, is it competitve to get in or is it just obtain that gpa above 2.5
