Does MATH 150 replace 154

Hey, I took MATH 154 last year at SFU and i failed and i'm taking 150 this term.
I was wondering if i pass 150 would that replace my mark that i got in 154 in terms of GPA ?

    No, it won't.  The mark you got for MATH 154 will always be recorded on
    your transcript, but if you retake MATH 154, your CGPA will take into
    account the better grade out of the two times you took the course.

    Also, know that you can only repeat 5 courses.
