im not familiar with how this works but it would be weird if they kicked you out without even a warning. you'll probably end up on academic probation or something.
either way i think you need to make a choice in your life TC. do you really want to be in unversity? im not really sure what program you are in but if it's arts or something there's really no reason anyone should be getting that low if you are even trying a little on your assignments, studying a little for your exams and going to class.
you have to think about how it is you got here (most likely a total lack of effort) and decide whether you are prepared to fix that for next term.
if you're not already in academic probation you will be, if you were already on academic probation there you will be required to enroll in the "back on track" program or withdraw from your studies at SFU (which you will continue at colleges and reapply when you reached the required GPA)
^ its not as easy, English may not be their first language and this could be their second semester for all we know - don't judge. If you can't say anything helpful, don't say anything at all.
