Wait list number 10, will I get in? Penalties for dropping wait list courses?

I am on the wait list for two classes in position number 10 of the 10 that are available. Do you think I am guaranteed acceptance? If I drop a wait list class, will I be charged the $50 penalty?

    10 is quite a ways off - don't count on it , usually top 3 get in but wait until the first week of classes to see cause thats usually when people drop courses. you wont be charged $50 if you drop a waitlisted class - but if you finally get enrolled, and then decided to drop it, then you will be charged.
