repeating a course and then dropping it on sis

I want to repeat  Econ 103, but I dropped it on sis because Dudnyk's class is full and I decided not to take it with Nebile--does it account for one of the five retakes at sfu?  This is for Fall 2012 semester.

Don't think so, you have to get a final grade to count as a repeat

it would only count as a re-do if you actually took the class and failed/didn't complete it
