Cogs 100 good option for WQB req?

I noticed that Cogs 100 have all 3 designation, B-Hum/B-Soc/ B-Sci. If I'm not mistaken, taking this course, I kill 3 birds with 1 stone correct?
If yes, how hard is this course? Anyone took it?

Nope, I believe it only counts as one. You just get to choose which.
