Who has the best coffee on campus?

edited April 2012 in General
Do you guys have any preference for where you grab your coffee while on campus? Does one renaissance coffee kiosk have better coffee than another? Or does Tim Hortons beat them all out? Share your thoughts!

  • Timmies all day errday!
  • Anything with caffeine is fine by me.
  • Quality wise it'd have to be Timmy's.  Price wise it's Renaissance but it's been a long time since I had coffee from there so I'm not sure if the prices have changed much.
  • tbh i don't like timmy's coffee at all.. it tastes all watered down and not even like real coffee, more like that powdered stuff

the thing i like about renaissance is that they have all those different flavors like hazelnut, etc.. always nice to have options

i wish really wish we had a starbucks on campus though, can't beat starbucks coffee if you need a little kick start
  • There is rumors from indiivduals that were part of the food reccomendation committee that there will be a StarBucks on campus next year. Stay tuned for that.
  • If you're talking about actual coffee (not specialty coffee) then I definitely do NOT recommend Renaissance. Every time I go there thinking it's different, I get severely disappointed because it's watered down shit. The best would have to be Highland Cafe, then that Organic Place at cornerstone, then Timmy's. Renaissance isn't even better price-wise. For specialty drinks, though, Highland Cafe's my first choice then Renaissance.
  • Timmys. Timmys. Timmys. Timmys.
  • Renaissance coffee tastes like ass.
  • The Science faculty makes the best coffee. It's made in their faculty lounge.
  • What GPA do you need to receive a cup?
