Reactivation to SFU

It's been a few years since I've taken any classes at SFU. I applied for reactivation on the SFU website, but it doesn't give timelines, confirmation of application, nothing. How and when would I find out my status? I see there is an email to contact the records department which I will do if I have to, but does anyone here have a similar experience?

    I took 3 semesters off from SFU and reactivated for this current semester. I called them when I was doing this process and they say that usually it takes about a month to let you know if you're reactivated or not. But since you've been away from SFU for a few years idk if they're gonna reactivate you...best of luck
