Finding a Home

Does anyone live in Burquitlam.  I'm currently renting in East Vancouver but would like to be closer to campus. I'm looking into investing in a condo and am considering Foster, http://mosaichomes.com/properties/foster/, in Evergreen Heights (only 10 minutes away from SFU)

I'm trying to research Burquitlam as much as possible but there's not a ton of info available (other than that it's relatively quiet, with some good Korean restaurants and grocery stores).  I know they've now approved the Evergreen Line which will connect Coquitlam to Vancouver via Port Moody and Burnaby.

So, any Burquitlam locals out there, with the scoop on the neighbourhood?

If you can, try to buy something on campus. There are a lot of new condos being built up there and the demand is strong, so it will be a good investment.

If you need any help with researching give me a call, I have Realtor access to the MLS Database and I know the area really well so I can help you find a really good deal. My contact info is at http://abbyrealtor.net
  • Thanks Simon.

I've decided to buy at Foster.  http://mosaichomes.com/properties/foster/

The location is unbeatable and the prices are actually reasonable.

    Yay! No more renting!!!!
  • Looks nice, congratulations!
