ubc transfer?

Hi there,

I am planning to transfer to ubc from sfu (currently on my 1st year) at 2nd year and I'm a little confused with the ubc communication requirements.

Do I need to have finished the two english courses here at sfu before I transfer, or could I take one english course and take the other at ubc? Also, I have achieved an 86% in English 12 in high-school, do I still need to do the LPI?
