Are these just tentative exam dates right now? Is there any way I can ask for a later exam date for either 275 or 307?

Whether they would consider your three exams as being "within" a 24 hour period isn't clear. Just go to the professor of CMPT 275 (the 2nd exam causing hardship) early in the semester and explain your situation.
