re: WQB Reqs

edited August 2010 in General
Hey guys,

Quick question. If a course's requirement designation is "Breadth-Social Sciences/Science" does that mean it can be considered as both a Breadth-Social Science AND/OR a Breadth-Science course?

Please clarify.

Thanks!

OR, a course can only be one of bhum, bsci, or bsoc in your graduation plan, not a combination of the three. Only W and Q can be considered alongside bhum, bsci, and bsoc.

@icerider: Ooookay, thanks so much! So say I'm taking Arch 131 which is a B-Soc/B-Sci...do I have the power to determine which designation I would like to 'choose'? Like, what if I want it to count as a B-Sci?

Yup, as long as you fulfill two of each breadth with whatever courses you pick, you'll be fine.
