hey guys, I don't know if I can post it here, but it's worth a shot.
Two bedrooms for rent near SFU:
2 basement bed rooms, $390 and $420. Furnished with closets, bed, and table. Quiet neighbourhood near duthie and pandora, 5 mins drive to SFU Burnaby Campus, under 10 mins to bus. 15 mins bus to lougheed mall, brentwood mall , 20 mins bus to BCIT, 30 mins to Metrotown. Shared large washroom with new counter, 2 sinks, 8 drawers, toilet, shower. Shared small kitchen with refrigrator, stoves with fan, microwave, cabinets. Shared laundary. Shared huge living room space for couch, TV, tables. Many parking spaces avaliable for cars. Prices includes utilities, high speed wireless internet, TV . Friendly chinese family lives upstairs, quiet, clean, no pets, non-smoking. Looking for female tenants only, clean, quiet, no big parties, no pets, no indoor smoking, no drugs, no major cooking, refundable deposit is half of the monthly rent, house currently still under renovation, it will be avaliable by July 19th.

If I didn't, please refer people to me for rent =), a little bit about my family, the reason why we prefer female only is because my dad often goes to china long term for business purposes, and I goto the states frequently for my business aswell. So that leaves my mom here by herself, that's why we're looking for decent female tenants who are easy to get along with so my mom doesn't have to stress over the whole thing. Anyways, thanks again.

I also changed the price, I'm still not too sure what I should go for in these areas.
anyway, one of the room is taken for $450, and we plan to rent the other one for $430, both have been newly renovated, so the price went up slightly.
