Online student forum being investigated by UBC

So a group of students start a forum at UBC and the university is taking it pretty poorly.

    Fair enough, I can see why UBC would want to make sure no students thought UBCLife is a forum setup by the university. I don't understand why the forum would have copy UBC's template of email, couldn't they just have UBCLife as the sender and something else for the subject line? It would be pathetic though if UBC decided to shut the forum down.

    Looks like it's already down. I remember there was another UBC forum that was put up, but it never caught on.

    As much as I dislike UBC, the tactics used by the admins at ubclife were questionable.
