Temp Stay at SFU Burnaby

Hello I was wondering are there places available for temp stays at SFU Burnaby before the final exams, or alternatively is the AQ open 24 hours?

I am contacting the SFU Hotel about the dorm room for 30 bucks. Not sure it's available in April though. 100 bucks a night is just quite a bit over my budget.

Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure most of the school is open 24/7. You could always fall asleep in a chair, or on a bench.

Also, since when does SFU rent out rooms? Is it some entrepreneur on rez with an extra dorm?

The top 2 or 3 floors of tower B...(Shadbolt House these days I suppose?) has always been "Simon Hotel".

But I've heard of people sleeping in various places in the AQ.

In rez it looks like your only option for April would be the hotel though. Just depends how much money you're willing to fork out for a little bit of convenience/comfort.
