    Nope, it's real! And apparently the guy isn't doing it this year because people were crashing their cars in front of his house. But I guess he's signed up to do something at a local light festival.

    i saw a few of these houses last xmas, its really nice
    the owners are usually really down to earth and they are really dedicated, they have competitions with this kinda stuf
