I know this course requires lots of memorization. For the three tests, should I bother reading the assigned chapters from the text book or just study everything on her lecture slides ?
Her lecture slides aren't that useful unless you take good notes as she goes along. Read the assigned material, some of it she really tests you on (like Egyptian god stories or something like that). Her classes are super boring so I won't be surprised if you fell asleep, hence you end up having to read the text anyways.
