How to master or at least integrate into tutorials???

My spoken Eng is quite poor, and I feel extremely shy and timid in small-sized tutorials, especially during group discussion. Although I have sufficient pre-tut preparation, but my mind just somehow becomes blank when others are talking and awaiting my contribution. Do you guys have any strategies for me to confront that anxiety?

    Just keep it simple.

    It's always hardest the first couple of times. Just try it :)
