Bisc 307 Animal physiology lab

hi has anyone taken Bisc 307 ? I want to take the course but I don't have the prerequisite Bisc 329 which is the intro to lab techniques... will I be ok or would it be struggle to catch up with those who already have the bisc 329?? Please advice
