You make the decisions. Set it up. Pick a good place and time. Most probably it'll be on the weekends. Hopefully only minor changes will be needed to accommodate everyone.
Then list down everyone who can come. Make reservations. Then meetup!
That's how it happened last time. Someone was making the decisions. But it was more active around here back then. So maybe that's one factor.
@pred, you gave the suggestion, you do the decision.
Well you're the one who brought it up, so you should've had some idea on this. I'm just saying it's much better for reservations and everyone else to decide on a time and place earlier.
Anyway here's a couple of suggestions. I haven't been to either but have lately been wanting to try these restos out. Btw in terms of price, it's pretty much like eating at Cactus.
These are from a bookmarked website [http://www.hoyummy.com/] that I visit every time me and my buddies would drive around Vancouver without any plans.
I remenber that place where they sell their famous chinese lao po bing or in cantonese lo po bang in richmond. that had a resturant inside and I guess it was good(only been there once), It serves western food(which I vaguely remenber it sells mostly western food) as well as asian food and it is a decent looking resturant with good looking food. I forgot its name.

there's a lot of these, especially in richmond, when you're describing an asian restaurant with a bakery up front serving as a restaurant as well.
are you talking about the one on alexandra, kam do, right?
actually no joeys tomatoes, I hate tomatoes unless they are in sauce form or in a sandwhich
I don't know if you're serious or not, but Joey Tomatoes is just a regular restaurant that serves food similar to an Earls or a Cactus Club, only slightly better, in my opinion.
Anyway, time should be around 7pm. So once again, let's get some names down on who can make it. So far, we have:
Yay! I work til 5 that day so I can definitely make it. I'm going to the Keg Yaletown tomorrow night so no to the Keg for Saturday. I like Joey's though! I like food.
And is this going to be downtown, Burnaby, Coquitlam, whatever?

I'll be on co-op so I'm pretty much free any day for dinner. Oh and somewhere in/near North Burnaby would be good :)
