its fairly easy. The final and midterm are straight off the notes, so as long as you spend some time memorizing the notes before those exams you shouldn't have much trouble getting a B on them.
The papers are the only tough part. Writing philosophically doesn't come naturally to me, but i was still able to do decent on them.
As long as you put in the time, you should be able to get a B or better.
I took phil 120w last semester. I agree it's not hard but the exams are all based on the notes. Memorize the notes and you should be ok. The final was essay format for me and covered everything from beginning of term to end. The papers are the only thing really requiring thought and effort. I still got a B though. Make sure you read the text and keep up on readings. Some of the text is quite complex.
