Fake landlord takes cash from international students

This jackass is ripping international students off by renting them overcrowded suites and withholding their rent/deposit money. I hope everyone is extra careful when looking for a place to live, because I've heard of some other scams like this out there too. Make sure the person you are dealing with is credible and get information about the landlord from neighbors if possible.

    i heard about this in early january.. looks like Elizabeth Fox still hasn't gotten back her condo yet.. =S

    Yeah, I just noticed the date on that story. The snow in the second photo should have probably been a clue.
