sfu to ubc!

okay so i check the bctransfer guide and it doesnt have sfu to ubc...so i was wondering do u guys know wut sfu course these WOULD BE?


UBC COURSE LIST:::
Biology
BIOL 112, plus BIOL 121 and BIOL 140

Chemistry
CHEM 111 & 113 or CHEM 121 & 123

English
1st year (6 credits). ENGL 112 is recommended.

Mathematics
MATH 102 (recommended) or MATH 100, 104, 120, 180 or 184, plus MATH 103 (recommended) or MATH 101, 105 or 121

Physics
PHYS 101

    BIOL 112 + BIOL 121 = BISC 101 + BISC 102
    Not sure what the SFU equivalent to BIOL 140 is since BIOL 140 is just a lab @_@

    CHEM 121 + CHEM 123 = CHEM 121 + CHEM 122 + CHEM 126

    Six credits of English = ENGL 199 + any other 3-credit English course

    MATH 102 + MATH 103 = MATH 154 + MATH 155

    PHYS 101 = PHYS 101

    (I am a science student from SFU who attends UBC now in case you're questioning the validity of this.)

    for pharmacy don't you need physics 102 as well? or is physics 101 acceptable if you had taken physics 12 in highschool?

    Yeah, you need PHYS 102 because SFU PHYS 101 doesn't have a required lab component whereas UBC PHYS 101 does. Or you can take a single physics course as long as it has a required lab.

    Phys 102 does not have a required lab. You need to take the optional Phys 130 lab.

    just a quick question does it have to math 154? cant it be math 151?!

    MATH 151 and MATH 152 are fine.

    Just a note: As Jimmy stated, you'll need PHYS 130 not PHYS 102 (thought that was the lab lol...how the heck do the numbers correspond to these courses XD) along with PHYS 101.

    But isn't Phys 102 a co-requisite for 130 anyways? I think you still need 102.
