writing cheque

excuse me, can anybody tell me how to write the cheque to pay tuition? what to write on "pay to"? is it just "Simon Fraser University"?

    By cheque or money order

    Make your cheque or money order payable to Simon Fraser University
    Print your SFU student number clearly on the front
    Deposit it in the red and blue mailbox located at SFU Burnaby, top floor of the MBC 3000; or mail it to
    Student Accounts
    Student Services, MBC 3000
    Simon Fraser University
    8888 University Drive
    Burnaby, BC Canada V5A 1S6
    Please do not mail cash to the University. SFU does not accept responsibility for payments lost in the mail.
    Please allow five (5) working days for your payment to be posted.
    There is a $25 administrative handling fee for all returned cheques.
